This working out thing is, well, working out.

After staying under my calorie budget for a week or so, through diet and exercise, I'm down about 4 pounds.

I've got a long ways to go toward my goal, but I'm happy to be heading in the right direction again.

More about working out again, as I catch up my blog, I'm afraid.  I have this one particular bathing suit that fits me very well, despite the weight I had put back on.  I've also been noticing that it's starting to be big on me again.

It won't be long before I'm using other suits I have which are for when I'm skinnier!

I got this account suspension email supposedly from Apple Store the other day.

It's phishing spam, of course.

I grabbed a screen cap of it, because it amused me.  The grammar in it is silly and atrocious.  I especially like how it's from "the apple customer service."

It kind of boggles my mind that scammers have the technology to send email like this, but not the language skills to write a proper email.

But I'm glad that that's the case, and what's more that I'm not so easily fooled.

I've been working hard at working out lately.  It's starting to become a habit again.

5 out of 7 days this week, I've made locker 113 here my home for an hour or so.  I get my suit on, hit the shower, swim for 45 minutes, sauna for 10 until I'm dripping with sweat, shower off, and go to work.

I've started not just doing the routine, but actually looking forward to it, too.

So I broke the rules a bit on Wednesday.  I recorded myself in the locker room at my gym, after my workout.

In The Locker Room

Why?  Because I was amused, and grateful for something they do there.  They play motivating music, all over the gym, and even in the locker rooms.  It's music meant to get you pumped up, be excited that you're there to work out.

It totally works.
